Deposits, Full Payment and Refunds:

Deposit payments to The International School of Tantra (ISOT) are non-refundable. The full deposit paid will only be returned to the applicant(s) when a workshop is cancelled and it will be paid through the system in which it was charged. We will only return the amount we have received. Only one workshop got cancelled in five years.

The International School of Tantra will not be held responsible for payment errors by the electronic industry or inabilities to pay due to system failure of the electronic industry.

Participants withdrawing after the start of the workshop will not receive any refund of their payments what so ever.

General Terms

When considering enrolling in the International School of Tantra, please note that there is up to 12 hours of workshop per day. This can both be physically and mentally challenging.

A maturity towards spiritual, esoteric and sexuality issues is also paramount to your success. Please note The International School of Tantra does enter into issues of TANTRIC sexuality. We do not offer sexual instruction, practice or tuition as part of the therapist training. We also do not offer counselling of any mental or psychological issues what so ever.

Participants declare that they take responsibility for their own actions during The International School of Tantra (ISOT) workshops and pledge to be thoughtful and respectful towards other students, colleagues and peers at The International School of Tantra (ISOT).

By its nature the International School of Tantra (ISOT) workshops are intensive and as such can invoke personal issues. The workshop may challenge you personally and mentally and may indeed change your outlook on life and spirituality. The International School of Tantra (ISOT) trainers are well qualifies and experienced to assist students in this process but it remains the responsibility of the participant at all times.

Punctuality is important. You accept responsibility for being on time to all workshop sessions. Sleeping late and taking time of needs to be agreed by the responsible ISOT trainers.

You accept responsibility for managing your time, diet, and personal relationships.

Participants come from a variety of countries and backgrounds. You accept personal responsibility for your attitude and respect towards all.

The International School of Tantra offers teaching which may challenge your current belief systems. You agree to keep an open mind, use your common sense to appreciate the material being taught.

A booked workshop can't be exchanged for any other workshop or course.

The fees usually do not include meals or accommodation, these can be arranged on or prior to arrival. For more information about accommodation please refer to the information pages on the website. Only in the case of the ashram project, meals and accommodation are usually included.

Before a workshop with The International School of Tantra you may be required to submit a written statement about your general, mental and physical state of health.

The International School of Tantra will not give reasons for the decline of the application of a workshop participant.

You declare that you have no sexually transmitted diseases or medical mental condition that you are aware of. Should you have then you will have to submit a full report to the workshop presenter before the start of the workshop.

Weekend Tantra workshops can have several selections. Here selections 1 to 3 are explained:

Selection one has a variety of around 12 aspects of Tantra and Tantric Touch. It is a general overview. It is excellent for people who want a wider view on Tantra.
Selection two will have around 8 aspects.
Selection three will have around 4 aspects. Each aspect will be handled more in depth as we will have more time for each of them. This selection is excellent for people who prefer in-depth experiences.

Seven and fourteen day Tantra and Tantric Touch workshop levels explained.
These workshops are aimed at personal enlightenment through living each and every touch moment.
Level one:
Learn and experience the following through the use of Tantra Rituals: Tantric Breathing, Tantric Energy flow and Tantric Touch.
Level two: Learn and experience the following through the use of Tantra Rituals: Tantric Breathing, Tantric Energy flow, Tantric Touch and Yoni / Lingam Healing Touch.
Level three:
Learn and experience the following through the use of Tantra Rituals: Tantric Breathing, Tantric Energy flow, Tantric Touch, Yoni / Lingam Healing Touch and Pelvic Healing Touch.
Level four:
Learn and experience the following through the use of Tantra Rituals: Tantric Breathing, Tantric Energy flow, Tantric Touch, Yoni / Lingam Healing Touch, Pelvic Healing Touch and Maithuna.
Level five:
Learn and experience the following through the use of Tantra Rituals: Tantric Breathing, Tantric Energy flow, Tantric Touch, Yoni / Lingam Healing Touch, Pelvic Healing Touch, Maithuna, how to be multi-orgasmic, to Awaken Others in Tantric Awareness, Kundalini Awakening, Dynamic Meditations and how to Move the Universe with Love.

FOCUS:

These unique and exceptional Tantra and Tantra Touch Workshops focus on:

• being able to receive touch to locate and activate your own life force
• being able to touch to locate and activate the life force in others
• to share the circulation of life force flow between yourself and others.
  The teaching of the sequence of these aspects are absolutely the domain of The International School of Tantra (ISOT) and already tried to be copied by many others within the Tantra industry.

SKILLS:

The skills you will learn during the workshops will allow you to package your life force energy. Once packaged, it is therefore ready for you to use it in whichever way you choose.

ORGASMS

MEN: We delight in you having as many orgasms as you wish. We ask that men do not ejaculate three days before the workshop, during the workshop until three days after the workshop. Orgasm and ejaculation is NOT the same thing!

WOMEN: We delight in you having as many orgasms as you wish. We ask that women do not use vibrators three days before the workshop, during the workshop until three days after the workshop. Orgasms with vibrators are not a normal thing!

THEORY / PRACTICE:

About 80% of the workshop time will be allocated for practical Tantra and Tantra Touch work and 20% for theoretical aspects.

LOCATION:

The 2 day workshops in Spain will be held in The International School of Tantra (ISOT) Centre between Marbella and Ronda, in Andalusia, Spain. This is a beautiful setting in the countryside. You can have a walk in nature, relax, feel safe and learn exceptional Tantra from gifted teachers. Directions to the Main Alegraluz Tantra Centre in Marbella/Ronda are posted HERE.

TIMES:

The normal 2 day workshops start between 07.00 and 8.00 (depending on the season) for breathing exercises. Then a session from 11.00 to 14.00. Lunch. Another session from 15.00 to 18.00. The evenings we have Tantra rituals and parties. We ask that you arrive the previous day before the starting day of the workshop. It is also good only to depart the next morning after the weekend workshop.

COST:

Discounts are available for couples who paid in advance. Please enquire. Please pay bank charges on your side. Pay Pal and Western Union payment methods are also available. We require payment in advance to reserve your space. Bank details will be emailed to you on request. Prices quoted are for workshops in Andalusia, Spain.

ACCOMMODATION:

The workshops are residential. Accommodation is available in our centre in the Marbella/Ronda area. Rooms and bathrooms are shared. Rates available on request. We ask that you do stay with the group during the duration of the workshop.

LUNCH:

A light vegetarian lunch is included during the 2 day workshops at the Alegraluz International Centre as well as some refreshments during the short breaks.

NUDITY:

Nudity forms part of the sessions. To stay dressed or to undress is optional - YOU decide.

TOUCH:

To touch you will have to ask permission. To be touched you will have to give permission.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience of massages or Tantra necessary unless otherwise stated.

BRING:

A bed sheet for you to use during floor work, a towel for floor work as well, pareos/sarongs, massage oil of your choice (not if you are flying), own nail clipper, nail file, nail brush, warm socks or slippers, umbrella, floppy hat and walking shoes.
A simple, white, loose outfit to be used for breathing rituals.
A simple but sexy outfit that says something about who you are right now.
a set of earplugs if you are a light leeper
A few pareos, sarongs, scarves, lungis, loin cloths, wraps ... they are all more or less the same in the end.

COMFORT:

We are all looking at a common spiritual goal and not at each other.

Your biggest fear should be that nothing will happen with/in you.

Open to people who would like to experience a bit more of life than what they are used to.

TOUCH:

Humans need touch, as we all know very well. Without it, we perish. Many people lack intimate relationships. Even the people who are in relationships, lack intimacy.
People find it difficult to touch or to have their touch needs met.
People want to touch and be touched, yet touching is mostly socially unacceptable. What a dilemma! How do we touch and get touched in a touch-deprived world?
How do we touch without being drawn into a sexual act?
How do we touch to prepare for a sexual act?
How do we touch for the sake of being nourished for who we really are?

ARRIVAL:

Please try to arrive one day before the workshop as it will allow you to settle in, to meet others and to be ready for a breathing session, an early morning walk in unspoiled nature, yoga or dance.
If there are any transport needs to the venue, please let us know early. On your arrival there will be a check-in for accommodation and payment of outstanding fees for the workshop and the accommodation.
Please bring the correct amounts in cash.

EVENING BEFORE:

The evening before we will have a welcome exercise where you and the others will introduce yourselves, you will tell us a bit about yourself and explain what brought you to the workshop.
You will notice that you are drawn some and not to others. We encourage you to meet everyone in the workshop without allowing your mind to decide for you.
We will explain the ISOT and Alegraluz philosophy and rules. The simple rules lovingly prepare you for love, friendship and fun.

OVERVIEW:

The going language is English with translations into other languages if necessary.
20% of the workshop time is talking and 80% are hands-on skills learning.
The first session is about breathing and assisted breathing, sharing the breathing with others and namaste ritual.
The second session is about hugging / bonding (body contact and breathing), all fours interactions and the introduction of some aspects of the Alegraluz Tantric massage.
The first session the next morning is about worshipping a partner, self love rituals, maithuna and restful / alert body contact.
The last session is open for participants to put the whole sequence together.
Each day will start with a breathing session in nature and each evening we will celebrate a Tantric ritual.

SHORT ICE-BREAKER EXERCISES:

We begin sessions with mixer and ice-breaker exercises designed to help you meet everyone, get to know them a bit more, to relax and to feel grounded and connected. You learn how to state your needs and wishes, negotiate and make requests while you address the needs and invitations of others.
You create connections according to your comfort levels and desires. At first you may choose to simply talk, others will already feel good in hugging everyone they meet. Here you are free to be who you are. There are no requirements to meet anyone's expectations.
Socialize, laugh, cuddle and benefit from a cosy environment enhanced by a charming mix of recorded music played at a volume that enhances the need to move. Some chat in groups while others enjoy one-on-one time. It's all up to you.
Relax and go with your inner flow. With rules and boundaries firmly established (or shattered), it's time to get out of your head and into your senses, enjoy giving and receiving touch without fear or repercussions.

CLOSING CIRCLE:

We usually gather in a closing Circle to share our thoughts and feelings.
By this point many participants feel connected to the group, experience unity consciousness, a state unimagined at the beginning of the day.

RULES:

Be yourself.
We as workshop presenters have no interest in entertaining minds. We do have a big interest in entertaining divine beings using their minds.
Arrive on time or early for every session. If you can't make it on time please let someone know.
Do NOT do anything that you do not want to do.
Also do NOT deprive yourself from anything you would have loved to do.
Shave so your face so that it won't be rough.
Cut and manicure your nails every day. SHORT!
Wash and sterilize your hands regularly, especially before and after a massage session.
NO perfumes! NO chemical body sprays! PLEASE. Many people are allergic and it deprives you from being yourself.
Please do NOT invite friends or pets to visit.
NO tobacco (if you can), NO alcohol and NO drugs. Smoking only allowed in designated areas. Smoking through open windows strictly forbidden. Dispose of the cigarette butts in the rubbish bins and not in nature.
Please do not sit on cushions with naked bums, use your pareo (cloth) or towel.
INVITE others and receive a verbal YES before you work with anyone.
Respect personal boundaries.
Never assume, ask if you are not sure. Make sure you know what you want.
Communicate clearly. Make specific requests. You know what you want and they know what they want.
Take feedback with a good heart. Give feedback with a gentle tone.
Yes means YES and no means NO. Maybe means NO.
Changing your mind is totally acceptable. You do NOT have to take part in any exercise if you do not feel like it.
It is also perfectly OK to ask for repeats of exercises if you have enjoyed them.
Move when you're uncomfortable. Don't sit there politely and quietly suffer.
Communicate clearly with partners and establish your boundaries. Talk it through with your partner before arrival.
Respect relationship agreements. If you don't know what they are, ask.
If you have any concerns or need assistance, ask.
Tasks will be assigned during the workshop. Do yours with love. Good house keeping save all of us money and make us feel at home.
Keep the space tidy. Clean up spills when they occur.
All emotions are acceptable. Tears and laughter are welcome in the group. If you feel angry or scared, seek the assistance of one of our highly trained hosts (many who are skilled sexual therapists) and/or go to a safe space outside.
Identities of all participants are confidential.
Do NOT tell anyone what happened at the workshop. Show them with your heart and eyes the beauty of being yourself. No one will anyway believe you when you tell the truth.
Do NOT take pictures of others without their written permission.
Come without expectations to avoid disappointment. Come with an open being and receive gifts beyond your wildest dreams.
Receive personal enlightenment to the measure of your readiness.

GENERAL:

Let us have your travel arrangements and a contact phone number to assist us in finding you if necessary. A collection service to and from airports can be arranged at an extra charge.
The accommodation is usually simple and will be allocated on arrival. The allocation is done at random without social guidelines.
Please bring some warm sleep wear just in case you might need it. Let us know if you want to book a room with someone specific.
Meals will be simple and healthy. Vegetarian food will be served. Most of it will be in buffet style with the main meal lunch time. Should you have any other specific requests for meals, please let us know early and we might be able to accommodate your wishes. Your assistance in preparing meals and the washing up is required.
The cost for the accommodation and three meals are usually NOT included in the workshop fee. The amount is payable to Alegraluz/ISOT, in cash on arrival. Please bring the correct amount in cash as we do not carry change.
